That 10Q is not a big deal. Judge to decline the dismissal is a BIG DEAL plus whats more is that the share structure is horrible.

The trading numbers are ABSOLUTELY A LIE, LOOK AT THE CONSTANT BAR-CODING, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE WHAT RETAIL BUYERS ARE DOING. WE ALL COULD SELL ALL OUR STOCK, AND IT WOULD BE BLIP ON THE SCREEN.
