Good Sport--he is not my captain. Proxy vote was a chance in a minor way to vote displeasure. Too much pr and not enough meat on the bone.

I actually think he should have put a lot more effort NOW behind HemoDefend as it would appear easier to get approval, the universal blood market among blood centers and other critical locations (submarines, naval ships, cruise ships etc) with 80% gross margins is here and quite large and lower marketing expenses is a huge plus.
