Thanks 1TIME; that was the first thing I did this morning was go to OTCmarkets and looked under Disclosures and the lastest was back in 2008 and then Financials and News had nothing but I do see that they are listed Pink No Information but does not say that this happened last Friday where I find that so I could really find Corporate Actions or Recent Corporate Actions but thanks just the same :-)
