Really there's a spot any can flip. At 04, 05 and 06, but why? I came in on the late 00's, so to flip now, knowing where this will go, why. Flip some of those other pump and runs, but this one, you sit and wait. It's just those who are in a super rich to get rich don't realize they're helping to slow down the process...and will miss out once this runs.
