Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Penny stocks are a fickle beast. I will say they oftentimes explode out of nowhere. But in the case here, I don't think it will "explode" out of no where. I think it needs to get current first. But that doesn't mean it wouldn't bounce back from support levels when they get touched on lower volume. I mean, I'm not trying to be a blind ASTI apologist here, but if you're going to buy a stock, it's usually a smart strategy to buy at support levels. That's no guarantee that support levels will hold - but like I've said before - there are no such things as guarantees. Investing in penny stocks is inherently a risky business. But if you're going to do it, buying at support levels is the way to go.
