I got out--no, not near the top but close to it. I will buy back in the low $4s. It doesn't matter what is tanking, the markets will be propped up again and again. They have to let it drop once in a while for appearance sake.

UVXY should hit $10 and much higher considering the bloated balloon known as the S&P, but that won't happen unless the money spigot is turned off.
