Here's a thought:

You can have an off-agreement completed without a road completed.

So LBRMF should be close to announcing something.

If I was a miner, I wouldn't have to wait on some stupid road to stake claim to that rich mine.

Would you?

So I have to think someone has jumped on that mine.

The i's and the t's apparently need to get dotted and crossed first on the contract.

Then we hear the good word.
