No I get paid in what ever coin is on deposit.
I have no range, that is something they figure out, and it appears to be tied to the coin value more that the coin count. When I started there BTC was under 20k, once it took off, so did my interest payments. You can submit questions, but they are not fast to reply, and that's the understatement of the year.
