I agreed with you. RS will always have a negative impact on price. We can only hope that with their exposure with H.C. Wainwright and Benzinga they can get interest in people acquiring their stock driving the price up to avoid a RS. Their is not much wiggle room as it is with 55million OS.

The only way a reverse split will work is with an earnings report the same week. If that justified new earning per share then it would be worth it.
