I thought I heard him mention (his microphone was goofy) that Cytodyn needed Philippine gov't approval prior to shipping the mother-lode...I guess that means an EUA. We're not going to ship leronlimab there to let it sit in a warehouse until hell freezes over. Especially when India or Brazil might be...
