spoke to IR guy, Greg McAndrews, about it and he said that the filing was simply "corporate recording keeping required by state of nev. the document speaks for itself. not a material event. additional comment from management."

so, apparently no big deal, but leads me to believe that $BFHJ management has every intention to abide by the new SEC transparency regulations beginning their effect on 6/30/21.
