Long term? Anybody with a long term investment in MEIL would be jumping through hoops now that Sharp has filed custodian.

Sharp has created more value for MEIL shareholders than company has in years. An it’s still just starting.

Previous management has done nothing for shareholders.

2. Has no business license. Please show me an active license
3. In Nevada GS can most definitely take over a corporate entity regardless of officers and status if he's a shareholder (which he is). And if it's in the best interests of the shareholders(which it is).
