AGREED! Worked in the Natural Gas Industry over 40 yrs. Permits on top of permit and regulations for everything. Had to have a person walk in front of a tractor bush hogging waist deep weeds to make sure they didn't run over a gopher. The rattlesnakes didn't count. They even had to have a card to say they were qualified to recognize a gopher. LOL When we get that PERMIT it will be our day to crow. Monday morning coming down GLTA
