Based on what? There are only many reasons to go down and back to subs before delisting and zero reasons to go up, much less a breakout.
It is possible a new pump and dump cycle will happen of course, but the ball bounces lower everytime before going back down.
It’s just a matter of time before the court system flushed out this turd, so Emil will certainly do his best to fleece shareholders and mint new victims until they delist. Though I suppose like many scams he may just pull a massive RS and start the bs machine all over again with some new scam so best bet it to wait for tat to happen first and ride the initial pump and dump cycle after the massive RS. If goes CE first then just move on
But going to go one of those routes, that is 100% guaranteed.
