LMFAO!!
What has occurred here is the sale of the vast majority of the assets which ended up being All of the IP, Patents, trademarks, trade names, the Sarnia plant and page after page of items in the APA on about 100 pages. “These assets comprised all of the company’s assets, save and except for the cash, accounts receivable and inventory of the company, and also excluded certain U.S. based office equipment,” said PWC in the release. “The purchaser did not seek the assignment of the company’s contracts which nobody wanted.
LCYB has the plant up and running as we speak and it has Zero to do with former BioAmber in any way other than LCYB purchased it all for $4.34 mil.
The STA was never acted upon and LCYB never paid the back royalties. Guess it’s good seeing Reverdia isn’t even a company anymore

Guess you still haven't heard about the new fantasy. Still waiting for a LinkedIn on who's in charge of the dead Delaware corporation. Why can't we get a red line on that ? Seriously hahaha?!?!?!?

Exactly...spot on sir...The purchaser never purchased the components that were “ essential “ ( absolutely necessary; extremely important ) in operating the plant....However sought the assurances to those components from the petitioner should they resume a bio succinic acid operations...Thanks for the bottom of the ninth grand slam DD once again...sir...That should pretty much settle this..
