This really isn't who would need to be there for the Recommerce deal. They are involved with the company, absolutely, being added to Global management team shows that, but this deal is between Cannagistics and Recommerce. Rob Gietl and Darren Krantz are the needed reps. There is the reference to deals, not deal. Remember Recommence was just part of a corporate restructuring, change of control of the company, so there is more to be revealed here. The closing of Recommerce is just the first step but the next could come immediately afterward. It is a bit of a nail-biter but that last 8k with the phrase "on or before, but no later than May 15th" has me optimistic.
