The debenture is currently WORTH 26.5% of QTMM common outstanding stock.

Therefore Pasaca currently owns 26.5% of the common stock,

Pasaca may not have the stock certificates in their possession yet but they still OWN 26.5% of the current outstanding.

The "currently" makes this correct.
