We have discussed this subject many years ago, look: If ATVI would pay 1 billion, my guess take off 40% S&G fees and taxes, we have 600 millions on hands with 57 millions outstanding share = 10 a share. Even before someone estimated just win ATVI only will get 20.00/share.
If settlement with ATVI (get discount, my guess 500 millions), very conservative estimate 5.00 a share.
