Volume does play an important role in things. Could this be a dead cat bounce? Are settlement negotiations really still in play? And why, if all patents are considered dead for the time being? There's really no way of telling what the volume is for. The only people who know how this plays out are the insiders. I wish I was a fly on the wall during some of the negotiations.
