NSAV is alternative reporting, so no SEC filings are necessary. They are permitted, but not needed. They do cost money. In order to uplist, it will have to become SEC reporting, and 3 years of financials will need to be audited and accepted. That also takes money. NSAV doesn't MAKE any money and is in deep debt.
