Yep and if there is any money or shares that the prior management got their hands on GS will make sure the Company will get it back. One thing about George he goes by the book on management.
Why would old delinquent owners want to fight? Their shares will surely be worth MUCH, MUCH MORE if the Custodianship is GRANTED!!! Makes no sense to me. Maybe old owners will “get it” soon and understand that they are hurting themselves and their net worth by fighting for a worthless company if they should keep it.
