Yes. This all seems to be motivated by something other than the terms of some marketing agreement. And I am not a lawyer and have not read the full case.
I have no idea how this will turn out. But EP has been in very similar positions before and emerged unscathed. And the documents that have been posted here as "evidence" that Lewin has a case don't come anywhere near proving any such thing. So, while it is indeed good entertainment, I'm not very worried about this.
The window is closing here if you want to climb on board to get yourself at least a couple of million shares for the ride to a dime!
