I cant open it, but basically its Pure Hemp counter sueing Ucann over the patent lawsuit trying to reclaim lawyer fees. Claiming Ucann knew their patent was invaled but litigated pure hemp anyway.
They are sueing for $300,000. United Cannabis is seemingly in a death spiral.
