You might have overlooked this bit: "...on behalf of production company East Side Story Films..."
If I am a GE employee and I negotiate a contract between GE and your company, am I then able to sue your company on my own behalf to get compensation for my own benefit if I decide you didn't do a good job on your contract with GE?
