I believe if the 2020 10K filing isnt supplied by deadline for Q2 2021, then it would require the Q1 2021 filing to be supplied also, to be current. Once they drop 2 filings behind they get the delinquent stop sign. I could be wrong...
The fact that they've pushed this hard so quickly to get as far up-to-date as possible, is super positive.. its just a matter of time. We are all excruciatingly waiting patiently for them to come around on this important filing. The MMs are playing ping pong to keep active shares in play for any possible buyers but nobody is buying, becuase the company is failing to keep anyone entertained with business activity through this waiting period. The sellers have sold imo.. its just the MMs trading back and forth. Once we get some action, and buying volume.. pps will naturally increase
