Assumption could be because PTG is not in charge / real Company with revenues or management structure in place , and PTG went into DMAN to bring a deal into DMAN, and so PTG would reap a nice compensation package if they placed that deal going in . Assuming PTG wanted everything current to show their clients entertaining going into DMAN for with a stop / yield sign or below it is investor beware
