2) an SEC/DoJ investigation into the authors and promoters of the scam especially the invention of fictitious characters "Adeel Ahmed-Daudpota" and "Devin J. Shaw"

3) parallel civil and criminal prosecutions of those involved with this rather pathetic and obvious criminal conspiracy.

And at this stage it's easy to tell who are the victims and who are the villains on <ahem> social media.
