yoohooo...? where did you go? welp, surprise, surprise. like i said from the beginning, retc management was not going to lay down.the other thing i pointed out in a post yesterday was that the law clearly states that if the company can get reinstated before the court date, the court is required to dismiss the custodianship request of said shareholder (sharp). who was the person that told me on yesterday they rolled over for sharp? lmao lmao humble pie for everyone, it seems. but, is there enough to go around? retc is gonna tank tomorrow. i don't know why sharp just didn't focus his attentions on gvsi since it was a slam dunk situation. instead, he started filing multiple petitions. this one bites for him, i am sure.
