Dude just read financials… 12M in liabilities, 1.3M in notes and 5M in derivatives…

Even if there is some mix of illegal dilution, which isn’t confirmed, 1.3M worth of notes are completely legal to convert!

Even if he does take legal action you know how long that will take?
