Assuming it's maxed..they are probably trading at the cash value they sucked out in the last few weeks..

They need funds to clean up payroll

They need funds to open Jamestown

They needed funds to close the INOQ deal..still possible??

They may have had a good reason to max out here..what is the money for is the question?
