Ah I’m behind the times. I see that now. What I meant to say is a term sheet is non binding. It seems to be more play on words as term sheets is not the actual purchasing of the company.

I don’t think it’ll happen in 45 days from past experience here. Key things are non binding and the word ‘expected’. Opti was expecting to close the 2 bill deal at end of 2020.

And I have a suspicion the current share holders will be hosed with some sort of RS or share structure update to get the terms right. I hope hope hope hope I’m wrong.
