#42402 RE: Patience to success #42401

To be honest it would be a wasteful and childish endeavor attempting to investigate a Federal Judge. On what basis would you acquire a Judge's financial records? Do you think someone wrote a check to a Judge for collusion or some illegal decision?

Your starting point would be to digest her written decision and the accompanying case law. If something isn't right appeal it. That is how the system works.

Also don't confuse incompetence or laziness with corruption. Most Federal Judges are competent and industrious folks. They make mistakes like anyone else and get appealed when that happens.

When corruption of some sort occurs at a high level, there is usually little evidence to prove anything. If someone colluded (not saying that happened here- but it's possible) and was promised an elevated position in the future - how do you prove that aside from a confession or direct testimony from a witness/participant? You can't.

These are the risks when a small company sues a large corporate entity with $$, power and political influence.
