Yes, and just like he hasn't produced audited financials in 6 years...and is charged with fraud and conspiracy and people have flipped on him and pled guilty....it's all good...he's just an honest guy that forgot to get the numbers out, claimed there was a test and defrauded Medicare for millions. Who's running the office now? NeNe is gone. Mark is gone...But "we have a test!!!!"......Arrayit should begin all of its communications with "Once upon a time" because the DOJ and SEC have got this scam well under control
