Admin (who are employees and who are paid) can remove a post with one click or 2 keyboard commands, so we can. This sometimes happens when we've just posted a warning on a board (about politics, let's say) and someone immediately posts another TOS violation (and the first word is President whoever). If we see that, it would likely be removed less than a second after posting,

It could be a similar situation that we were looking at a board for whatever reason and an obvious TOS violation popped up.
