If anyone noticed by reading the so called financials issued by this garbage ticker scam UATG the cash on hand is gradually decreasing, the liabilities are gradually increasing, the revenues are gradually shrinking and the net losses are piling up.
Throw in the FACT this trash ticker is fully diluted and by law needs to do something with the share structure to have enough shares to cover debt the REVERSE SPLIT is on the way now
