I believe that is just speculation. I have not seen nor read of any facts on when the judge will make a ruling on this. My take on this is nothing more than patience! Either we have it or we don’t! Each of us needs to decide how we are going to play this out until the judge makes his ruling. Do what’s best for you and your portfolio and take ownership of your decision.
