MDIN was at .0001 for like 7 years, that created a tremendous amount of stuck bag holders. They were rescued in February, anyone that bought in and did not sell from the .0004 to .0010 range would be so minimal, they have had plenty of time to lower down if they chose too.

MDIN will take off, my Werbe Intuition led me here for a reason.
