At a $ .07 price axiom you are probably right. However the resignation of a CFO announced a week after the fact with no replacement named is more than "perceived" bad news.
Maybe Brounstein will agree to move up to Lake Oswego and retake his CFO old position over the weekend. We will see on Monday. I bet with Ted leaving that Roger is getting mighty lonesome up there in Lake Oswego.
Wonder what the "great opportunity" that Ted was offered that would cause him to leave Calypte just as it was about to "turn the corner".
Maybe Roger Gale informed Ted that HE was the investor that Calypte had "identified" back in November that they planned to sell some Calypte stock to.(TIC)
