The real question is whether or not SHs will be allowed to ask anything not so milquetoast, or nerf ball like in nature? Bets here is that it will be like the last time.

At least the proxy will confirm the upcoming share dilution:

to approve a Certificate of Amendment to PharmaCyte’s Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of our authorized shares of common stock
