Those words are part of growing a company from no sales. Takes time and patience. He cannot state concrete answers to questions to which he does not have a concrete answer. Can be frustrating but at least he’s being open to the discussion. Several other small biotech companies never tell their stockholders anything until something major happens. That is frustrating!
