Scott,

I've frequently seen these differing opinions regarding gaps and their fill points.

StockCharts definition of Gaps: "An up gap forms when a security opens above the previous period's high, remains above the previous high for the entire period and closes above it. Up gaps can form on daily, weekly or monthly charts and are generally considered bullish."

If the above is the correct definition and the gap is NOT measured at the close, but from the previous high, then the gap was filled today.

Any one else with a thought or opinion, please feel free to share... Always looking to learn the "correct" approach!
