Yes I would think they need to pay their dues first to become current. I haven’t payed for any of the current filling reports yet. We have to be close though, the lowering of the $600k debt to $30k is a good sign imo.

Just payed the $10 fee for the report. It’s still showing the $600k debt and the last filings was in 2009 for the state of Delaware. Status is “Void, ARs or Tax delinquent”
