What a coincidence. I was watching the trading on PDIV today. And believe it or not, but CDEL and GTSM were the ones driving up the price on PDIV. Actually. OTCX snuck in there a couple of times. So what are they doing, driving it up and then shorting it down??? Time for Ron and Ted to drop the hammer.
