Is it not true that you claimed xanaxu the scammer issued themselves preferred stock with the a-c-cr name? If that was legit, then rest assured they just created a higher ownership vote count than you.

I don't know if you ever created your own preferred or warrant a-c-cr stock. You certainly should have.
If all you have is common, I'm afraid they outsmarted you.

I doubt xanaxu is real himself, but is being used as a false chinese front for a lawyer and pals to loot shells. Buying a shell isn't illegal. But these guys do the same thing every time and that's upping the auth, giving themselves preferred and tons of common and run it into the ground and forget it. Their record is plain to see all over the internet. What where you looking at?

But fear mongering and scaring a person into believing they have a deal and there isn't much time to sell the shell could possibly be illegal.

It's also probably illegal to have someone else sign for the deal like you said xanaxu asked you to do.

If you were forced into this deal and thought you were rushed, now you really are rushed to do the right thing and try to stop it.
