These decisions can take a minimum of 12 months to 30 months to have a final decision made.

How about backing your statement up with facts rather than some random number that fits a narrative? I have provided a link - a factual historical reference - which shows the average time frame to be around ~ 7 months post oral argument. Search for it and learn. No one knows the exact time frame. All we have is a known range. Covid should not play a role in delaying a decision as they have already heard the arguments. More bull.

The bull crap here is getting deep.

“””””Okeedokee- it’s BASIC 101 - Legal Education-Time—-READY???””””””””

Here we go—— The Ole Adage “ You will get your day in Court “ is still true & STILL APPLIES
in the Republic of the United States. EVEN IF UR A murder to “A” SCAAAAM “cutting edge-RegMed-“non-reporting dark pinksheet being accused of causing blindness in old people or a 30 day coma in a disabled elderly woman , no clinical trials in animals since 2003, EXPIRED Patents since 2011, 98yo FLEECED Chairman that has had $15/18million dollars lost/ tarnished a stellar career, a CSO that received a “PhD” out of a cracker-JACK box that turned into a spin-class instructor with a flare for Zoombaaaaaaa x a BILLION etc’s!! WILL STILL GET ITS DAY IN COURT!!!!

Some people might say that “getting your day in court” is indicative of Legitimacy of pleadings? Well maybe in a 3rd world nation you have to reach a threshold dictated by a banana republic? But in the UNITED STATES everyone gets Her/His day in court. Summary judgements are as rare as Bioheart/USRM answering the phone at $269.00 a month Regis office space for a WORLD - LEADER in Regenerative Medicine.

These decisions can take a minimum of 12 months to 30 months to have a final decision made. With COVID it could be much longer of course. Even at the most minuscule chance a three judge panel sided with a Company that is being sued for causing serious physical & emotional damage to blind & elderly people with a World Renowned REGENERATIVE Medicine dark pinky with a renta desk prevails? The US GOVT will appeal and request a stay of orders due to the EVIDENCE at hand , I.E blind and coma victims

But let’s play devil’s advocate. SHALL-WEEEEEEEEE? The Company prevails. Then what? 2 Billion A/S and 600m O/S. How do you raise money ? Dr Murphy is broke & 98yo he has no more millions to give. Do you think the Board is gonna step up with $10m to build out a Lab and a Facility to use its cutting edge science on humans? Or $40 million for a 1400 Rat study? No no no no no no. ALL$$$$$$$$ $THE$$$ $MONEY$$$$$ gonna come from selling stock in the market EVERYYYYYY daYYYYYYY. still won’t be enough.

This concludes today’s Basic Law Civics lesson.

AMAZING !!!!

USRM: AND_THERE_GOES_SUB 3 CENTS_BOYS n GIRLS :)

SAID IT would be "soon" and it just fell through 3 LOUSY CENTS like a piano dropped off the 19th floor of a NY flat LMAO !!

GONNER - can't hold a lousy THREE CENTS all propped up on hot air and SEC DARK and LAWSUITS OUT THE BUTT and a $269 a month lousy rent-a-desk and MORE DEFAULTED DEBTS than a bad loan outfit :)

They are "SEC DARK" and NOT disclosing too many lawsuits to count for a damn good reason folks - they are BUSTED BROKE and suing or being sued 20 ways to Sunday.

Approx $1 MILLION in just mega law bills owed per the Miami-Dade lawsuit and $1.4 MILLION DEFAULTED DEBT per Brenda Leonhardt suit in Broward and it goes downhill fast from there !!
