As far as a governmental agency looking into a decision, by a Federal Judge - wishful thinking but that won't happen. The CAFC is the proper venue to hear concerns about a ruling. Unfortunately, there is a lot of latitude with a decision like this and that lack of uniformity has resulted in confusion in courtrooms across the country.
