With it more lives will be saved then without ..

Truvada used for many years and the problem was toxicity ,
this is why patients took them to court .,

Truvada is emtricitanine and Tenofovir
Tenofovir especially had severe side effects , Gilead did not change this drug until Truvada was close to end of patent ..

Then they adjusted dose of Tenofovir and came with safer drug Descovy .
But they did nothing before patent was almost done .

I hope these patients win a lot of money .

I was informed this evening if approved for prophylactic use by FDA company is mostly off the hook. Still think focus on HIV and CoVID for now, get an approval then move to cancer. But hey, why start making sound business decisions now.
