Do other custodianship filings submit the emergency temporary restraining orders with their petitions?
And would it just be a temporary custodianship? The whole document wasn’t posted so do not know if there are other conditions.
I assume at some point he needs to file a Request termination of custodianship (if the court is satisfied that any and all concerns were met it is typically granted). That would be the final filing would it not?
