I only understood this stock when CEO Angelo Ponzetta ran the show and misled all of his shareholders, leading them to slaughter. Why George sharp would want to choose this particular company, with such an elevated share structure and debt load to take over as custodian, goes beyond all comprehension when there are a myriad of other more well-suited ticker symbols. But I am a Trader and I will trade as long as there is volume and liquidity. It doesn't really have to make sense. This one definitely does not.
