Unless he sent the same message to others, I think he responded to me cuz he knew I would attempt to get things under control. He may have responded this way and be a reasonably mature CEO for his age.

:-) I love friendly disagreements! It keeps the blood flowing, energy moving, and braincells a'workin'!!

And on that, I still think it's harrassment when one calls a personal cell phone. It is total violation of privacy, and as it is with ALL company leaders, or as it SHOULD be with all: They protect those under them. You said how one responds to what I call harrassment offers DD about character, etc. He and crew have been VERY good about anwering emails and phonecalls. 100s per day of both combined!! We ALL know that! YOU know that! And they were answering MOST of those emails on the same day. In fact, when I sent my 2nd and last email to him, he emailed back to give me one of my answers, and said I'd get a more complete email the next day!!! This happened THIS week!! AND I received that email AS promised!
BUT, SOME people crossed the line and called one of his people on his private phone while he was with his family. That crossed the line, and I do NOT blame him at all. I think if we give him time to cool off, if we don't bombard them constantly with the SAME questions, we will be fine. Shoot.. I was.. AM VERY upset.. FOR JP! And if I, just a small shareholder, am upset for him.. how do you think Clint feels?!?!?! Cripes.. how do you think JP feels? We NEED him in our EI crew!!!
